The easiest would be to extract the ninth element but the email address might not have the same position every time.

No, the email is in the running text provided by the seller.
If you could tell me, who I can limit to one scraped Email per URL with the On Page scraper I would go on with this solution.

Yes, I understand that. The formula I'm using only returns one email. You may have used the Dump() formula which returns several matches if exists.

The invalid formulas was because of bad character formatting when pasting to from Excel. This one should work:
=Dump(XPathOnUrl(A1;"//span[@class='a-list-item'][descendant::span[contains(text(),'UStID:')]]/text()"))
