Hi

I'm trying to use the HTTPSTATUS formula, but I'm getting the following error message:
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

I have just tried this on the following URL: https://www.jet2holidays.com/portugal/algarve/albufeira/alfagar-village

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Amy,

That website is a bit weird but it accepts the request if you remove the User-Agent from the Global HTTP Settings (I recommend saving earlier settings or resetting afterwards because the User-Agent is typically useful):

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I tried this, and initially it worked, but I'm not getting the same error even with the user agent removed. Do you have any other suggestions please?

Do you mean you're getting the same error? Try disablng cache (Global HTTP Settings) and clear cache (Settings -> Clear cache and cookies).
