When trying to calculate Organic Visibility from Searchmetrics, I get a pop-up window that says:
x Searchmetrics
Exception: Exception
Message: Internal Service Error.
I have tried with different websites to analyze. This is happening with the new version 6.0.2, but it was happening with the previous version.

Can you provide us with the URL and the request?
Are you using old formulas? You may need to update them to the new variable names.
That is strange. I'm getting a result with the same settings. Do you have a valid Searchmetrics license?
If yes, can you activate Debug-Mode (https://seotoolsforexcel.com/enable-debug-mode/) and click on "Debug:Open url" and tell me what the URL looks like and the response from the API?

the most obvious thing it was. The API key got deleted in Searchmetrics and I didn't realize it. I just created a new one and included it and its working perfectly.
