I am not allowed to install due to error message shown in the topic.
I have closed all excel "instances" several times, I've restarted my computer etc - any ideas?
Have you tried closing the Excel.exe processes from the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+Delete)? This is a common issue with Excel unfortunately.
