I have a new computer on the way, and I have a license for this plugin on my current computer. Can I just install the plugin on the new computer and enter in the license and uninstall the plugin from my current computer? I will be on the same IP address for what it's worth.
The easiest method is to login at the link below and de-register the license from your old computer. Then, on the new computer, click Register and activate the license.
