MOZ permissions failing - paid account, correct API info

I have a paid MOZ account and have the correct API info entered but I'm getting an Exception > Permission Denied when trying to pull MOZ Metrics. I'm using SEOToolsForExcel 8.0.70

Suggestions?

Have you tried to update to latest Moz connector version from the Manager?

My MOZ connector is what appears to be the latest - Version 21 from 2018-05-02. I'll email you.
