Majestic Index Data queries return only half the data I asked for

Hi,

For a few days now whenever I make a Majestic CF, TF queries for domains I get the results for only half of the domains I queried. Eg. if I make a query for 100 domains I get the data for 50, if I query 50 domains I get data for 25.
I'm using a registered Pro version.
Any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance,
Gabe

Hi Katz, same problem here. As you said, when you use the Majestic query SEO Tools will get you only half of the domains. If you look them carefully you'll see that SEO Tool gets you the datas of the odd urls of your list.

So this is my temporary solution:

Extract the data for the odd urls, cut and paste them in a new Excel sheet, create a new ID colum and order the urls with odd numbers (1, 3, 5 and son on)

Get back to the first sheet, delete the first url from the url field in the Majestic Panel. Doing so the second all the pair urls will became odd urls.

Extract the data, cut and paste them in a new Excel sheet, create a new ID colum and order the urls with pair numbers (2, 4, 6 and son on)

Put all the collected datas in a single Excel sheet and sort the ID column in ascending order.
Done!

I know It's annoying but it works!
Have a nice day!

Sorry guys I've been on vacation so I haven't been able to reply.

I can't reproduce this error. Can you verify if the problem still exists? If so tell me the steps to reproduce it.

Using the "Index data" command with a list of urls returns rows for all the urls submitted for me.

Hi Niels, thanks for stopping by.

I was unable to reproduce the problem myself. Since Tuesday it works ok, just like it used to.
