How about some release notes in between major versions?

I'm having some weird problems, I'm suspecting .NET issues on my end. So I went to check which version of SEOTools and .NET I'm running. SEOTools I have 7.0.11. But I just went and downloaded the latest and it's 7.0.13. Two issues:
1.) There's no way to tell there is a new version without downloading it
2.) The "What's New" HTML file, which acts kind of like a "Release Notes" file, only shows info through 7.0.

How about some release notes, is this new version something I should care about, or can I ignore it vis a vis my problems right now

As the version numbers suggest, we did a minor upgrade from 7.0.11 to 7.0.13 with some bug fixes and connector updates.

We have always released the major updates as whole integer updates, SeoTools 5,6,7 etc with detailed change logs.
