GSC Search Analytics data differences

I just have a quick question.
When I download search analytics data from Google search console with SeoTools, I get keywords list of up to 5000. I thought that Google search console only offers keywords up to 1000 per a site.

Why SeoTools gets more number of keywords and what is the source of it?
Also, I noticed that some listed rank was little different.
For example data from SeoTools, Keyword A is listed on 8th yet on Google search console Keyword A is listed as 9 or 10.

Please help me to understand~~~

The API is simply more awesome :slight_smile:

Make sure you have the exact same query in both systems. Given that it's Google I wouldn't expect the data to be exactly the same on their website and in the API.
