When I use Majestic Link Profile Graph, Excel crashes and I get the following error

In the past I used to get some error messages mentioning that the SSL/TLS could not be established. Now it crashes all together. I am not sure the two are related.
Anyone knows what it can be? I check the compatibility mode option but it is already unchecked.

Strange, the Link Profile Graph works like any other requests. Is this the only view/connector which causes this crash?
