Diagnostic Display error when pulling .xll file into Excel

When I drag the SeoTools32.xll into a spreadsheet, I get the following diagnostic display:

Initialization [Error] External library could not be registered - Path: bin\SeoTools.dll : BadImageFormatException - Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\SeoTools for Excel\bin\SeoTools.dll' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi,

Is this a new error? I thought you said it worked when dragging the xll file in the previous thread?

Yes, it's a new error. I was able to run SEO Tools by dragging the .xll file into a spreadsheet, then when I opened another spreadsheet and did the same thing I got this new error above.
