I’m running SeoToolsforExcel in a Windows 7 machine running Office 365 (Excel 16) using VirtualBox.

Formulas like =HtmlMetaDescription(A2) do not work because I get the following error message:

Exception: WebException
Message: The service commited a protocol violation.
Section = ResponseHeader Detail = CR must be followed by LF

I already tried changing my config file, per a post here from 2013.

Are you using the latest version of SeoTools?

What's the url in A2?

This is with 5.1.4

Alternatively, at home I installed the latest version (Windows 10) and did not get the error but it never processed the data and I just had a blank field

I see two options.
First, it's virtualbox fault.
Second: Here you can find same error and answer from MS Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF

Robin, is MOZ the only function/connector you are having issues with? Also, can you provide a more detailed explanation of the steps you are taking to reach the error? Thanks.

Nevermind, restarting my PC fixed that issue. I do have another issue however that I will open a new ticket for.
