On google indexing tabs i saw url removal menu, at this moment i have 6k url list..is it possible to remove this url in let say per 200 url (i read somewhere theres dailly limit for google service) instead one url at the time?

Yes, it's technically possible but we have chosen single URL because Google still counts each URL in the batch:
However, you can use Formula Mode to parse a range of URLs.
Unfortunately the daily limit is 200 despite submissions to make Google increase the limit. A bit annoying since they approved the increase per minute to 600.
