API or Cookie to get info i can see on the web but not get back in excel

I want to use getextonurl or xpathonurl to get the info on a people database for which I pay quite a lot every month.
I have a login and a password but I think i need to use an API code or understand what my cookie is to get the data back to excel

Could you provide a very detailed answer with screen copies so that a stupid guy like me could understand and reproduce the different steps and get access to the data I pay so deerly

This is potentially very complicated if you want to login with Seotools using your login and password since Excel/Seotools does not have access to your browser cookies or stored login credentials. Using an API key sounds like the way to go. Do you have more info about this website and api documentation?
