About restrictions on "Seo Tools for Excel" (ahrefs)

I use "Seo Tools for Excel".

While retrieving the "Domain Rating" data for "a hrefs", the "Domains per week" for "a hrefs" has reached the upper limit.
When retrieving data with "Seo Tools for Excel", does it affect the ahrefs limitation?

Also, how many "Domains per week" will be consumed if there is an impact?
For example, "1 point per 1 domain", "1 point per 100 domains", etc.

We use a connector to the Ahrefs API which follows the rate limits and cost per request as written in the documentation:
