WhoIs Exception - Request aborted after timeout

Hello ladies and gents!

I'm trying to pull in domain age, where the formula looks up a URL in a different cell and then provides a value. Whenever I try it I get:

X DomainAge
For WhoIs problems check tlds in SeoTools.config.xml.
Exception: Exception
Message: Request aborted after timeout

I've tried both:
=WhoIsDomainCreated(A3)
=DomainAge(A4)

But get the same problems. I installed Seo Tools for Excel yesterday and I haven't modified the config.xml file.

Any ideas where I should start?

Hi John,

I got the same error message when I referenced the wrong cell. Does your setup look like this?

Perhaps you are not including "http://" in the beginning of your url?
