I am trying to use the offpage tool "GoogleCacheData" and has worked with the first list of URLs in my doc (about 50), but then for the rest of them (another 150) it only gives "#Null!" as a result, which is not correct after double checking manually.
Is there anything that can be failing for this option to stop working?

I assume you mean GoogleCacheDate? It gives me multiple #NULL! results as well. I'll report this to Niels. Thank you for noticing this issue!

Google is probably showing a captcha after 100 requests or so to prevent scraping like this. You can try with a set to proxies under:
