Excel (2016, Windows 10) crashes after using a filter (after klick on "Select"). Moreover, the documentation could be extended with examples how to apply several AND and OR filters without the assistent.
Are you applying filter on the result. Or filter in in the GA wizard.

Yes, I use the latest version and also tested the new Beta. It happens in the wizzard.
Klick on Select in the Filter section (Google Analytics Core Reporting). The Filter criteria is not not selectable (plain white). After click on Add, Excel crashes.
I can't manage to reproduce the crash. Can you record the screen with the steps from starting Excel to the crash?
This is going to be fixed in the version that we're releasing shortly.
