We tried to register the software but we receive the message described in
https://seotoolsforexcel.com/407-proxy-authentication-required/
We have created EXCEL.EXE.config file as described in the following documentation.
But i still does not work.
Please help us in using your sofware.

Please tell me which Servers the tool Need to contact. I will discuss this with my Proxy admin then.

The error above occurs when retrieving archived messages and a proxy server is configured via Internet Explorer (IE). Enterprise Vault (EV) is built using web based architecture, which requires communication via Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).

yes, sure, a proxy server is configured via Internet Explorer (IE).
in my Company Environment I only get Internet Access when a Proxy Server is used. That's why i have created the EXCEL.EXE.config file as described in the Knowledge base.
But this does not work so we can not activate the Software.

Hi,
i have also the same problem. I have also created EXCEL.EXE.config file as described in https://seotoolsforexcel.com/407-proxy-authentication-required/.

System Environment:

  • Proxy exists
  • List item
  • SeoTools 6.0.5 Excel
  • 2013 (32 bit)

Erroneous behaviour:

Has someone got an solution for that problem?
