My assistant was trying to download the trial to make sure it worked on his computer before we purchased another license, but he's getting an error when he opens excel with SeoTools.

DnaDirectory C:\Program Files\SeoTools for Excel
How do we fix this? He's running excel 2016 and windows so it should be working.
