The description in the tools says :

Keywords that bring users to a website via Google's top 20 organic search results"

However, it returns the value for top 100 keywords.

We've used the same description as SEMRush:

They might be referring to the Top 20 pages in Google SERP and they list the top 100 keywords for these pages?
